Weight Loss & Tone - Day 1 (7th May-13th)



☀️Warm Up

5 mins max laps with sled push (room 2, green track, push up and back)

Add 10kg to two outside poles if possible


☀️Workout

Spend 1 minute on each station for maximum repetitions

For 3 rounds

Cross trainer

Dumbbell curl and press - 6kg/10kg (OR near to that)

Rower

Ski Erg

Rest


☀️Cool Down

2 km on bike slowly to recover
