🥀 Warm up 200 skips / double unders for time

🌺 Work out 12 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 20 skips / double unders 2 hand release OR handstand push ups (*if you have done these before) 20 skips / double unders 4 hand release OR handstand push-ups Increasing by 2’s each round 4/6/8/10 etc.....

🌷 Cool down 1km walk 5 mins stretching
